The Full Conference registration fee includes unlimited access to all lecture sessions, access to on-site exhibition, one copy of the final program and abstract book as well as the welcome reception, tea/coffee breaks and one lunch.

Payment
Application for registration must be made on the registration form provided. Payment of registration fee should be made by cheque or bank draft in Hong Kong/US dollars in the name of ¡§The Hong Kong Polytechnic University¡¨.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
80% of the registration fee will be refunded to participants if their withdrawal from conference attendance is received on or before 30 April 2008.

Tour
A Hong Kong Island Tour (approx. 4 hours) can be arranged after the conference. This tour includes a visit to the Victoria Peak, an overview of Repulse Bay, Stanley Market, the life of the old fishing community in Aberdeen, and a jewel factory that is well-known for its fine jewelry-setting. The fee for the tour is HK$150/ US$20 per person, not including dinner.

Weather
Hong Kong's climate is sub-tropical, tending towards temperate for nearly half the year. May to September is hot and humid with occasional showers and thunderstorms, particularly during the mornings. Afternoon temperatures often exceed 31¢XC whereas at night, temperatures generally remain around 26¢XC with high humidity.
